Meet The doctors

Dr. William H. St.Martin

Board Certified Family Medicine Physician / Owner

For more than 30 years, Dr. Bill has had the privilege of caring for the people and families of the community we call home. A Houma native and third-generation family medicine physician, Dr. Bill is proud to continue the St.Martin family tradition of caring for generations of local families.

A Vandebilt Catholic and Nicholls graduate, Dr. Bill earned his medical degree in 1991 from LSU Health Shreveport and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Alabama in 1994.

Over the years, Dr. Bill has provided quality health care for countless patients and families while also providing occupational medicine services, such as work-related physicals, for local businesses and their employees. For Dr. Bill, family medicine extends beyond the clinic-- it means being there for the families and businesses in our community.

Outside the office, Dr. Bill enjoys spending time with his family - including his wife, six children, and eleven grandchildren - fishing, traveling, and watching the LSU Tigers.

As a fourth-generation family medicine physician, and the son of Dr. Bill, Dr. Patrick is proud to continue the St.Martin family's commitment to caring for the community.

A proud Vandebilt Catholic alumn and LSU grad, Dr. Patrick completed medical school in 2020, his Family Medicine residency in 2023, and his Sports Medicine fellowship in 2024 at LSU Health Shreveport. During his residency at LSU Shreveport, he was awarded the honor and privilege of serving as Chief Resident from 2022-2023.

Dr. Patrick enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from everyday health needs to sports injuries, joint pain, and weight management. His sports medicine training allows him to provide ultrasound-guided procedures and specialized care for patients looking to get back to the activites they love.

You can find Dr. Patrick at our Verret St office, as well as serving as the Sports Medicine Director at Terrebonne General.

When he's not at the office, Dr. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, golfing, and watching football.
